How to order a translation without leaving home

Send your document

Take a photo of the document with your phone. The main thing is that every page with entries, every seal and every stamp is visible, the back of the page included. Send it on WhatsApp, Max, Telegram, by email to galastt@mail.ru, or through the form on this page.

Submitting the document to the MVD? Attach a photo of your migration card or visa, we will check the spelling of your name.

Get a price

During working hours, 9:30 to 17:00, we reply within 15 minutes. Standard documents have a fixed price. For longer texts we count the standard pages and name the total and the deadline. If you write in the evening or at the weekend, you get a reply on the morning of the next working day.

Pay

Cash or card at the office. Remotely by QR code of two banks. Legal entities get an invoice. Standard documents are done after payment, large ones on prepayment.

We translate and certify

A passport, certificate or driving licence takes us 15 minutes. The notary in office 33, on our floor, certifies it in another 15. If you don't need a notary, we put the agency stamp on for free. Sometimes the notary needs the original document, and we will warn you in advance.

Collect it however suits you

• At the office: Nizhny Novgorod, 27/8 Varvarskaya St., 3rd floor, office 34, weekdays 9:30 to 17:00.
• By courier across the city and to other regions. You book the courier, we hand him the certified original.
• As a scan by email or in a messenger, if you don't need the paper.

If something wasn't accepted

Bring or send us the document with the remark. If the flaw is our fault, we fix it and re-certify free of charge the same day.
