Consent to personal data processing

By submitting a request through the website form, or by sending documents to the messengers or email of the Stylus translation agency, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to Sole Proprietor Galina Viktorovna Potapova, Tax ID (INN) 526003085867 (the Operator), to process my personal data.

What data: name, phone number, email address, messenger accounts, and the personal data contained in the documents submitted for translation.

Purposes: quoting for and carrying out translation and notarisation services, contacting me about my request, complying with legal requirements.

Actions with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, correction, use, transfer to the notary and the courier service to the extent needed to provide the service, deletion and destruction.

Term: until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn. Document files submitted through the website are deleted after 30 days.

Withdrawing consent: at any time by email to galastt@mail.ru or by a written request at the Operator's office at Nizhny Novgorod, 27/8 Varvarskaya St., office 34.
