FAQ

Will the migration office (MVD), a university or customs accept your translation?

Yes. We have been translating for the migration service since 2003 and we know how it looks at names, dates and stamps. Found a slip that is our fault? We fix it free, the same day.

How much is notarisation?

1200 RUB per document, that is the notary's own rate. Our agency stamp is free, and for many organisations it is enough. We tell you in advance what your case needs.

Do I need the original document?

A photo is enough for the translation. The original is only needed if the notary certifies a copy. We warn you straight away, when we quote.

Can it all be done remotely?

Yes. You send a scan, pay by QR code or by invoice, and the finished translation goes to your e-mail. If you need the certified paper, a courier brings it.

How fast is the translation ready?

A passport, certificate or driving licence is ready 15 minutes after payment. A diploma with its transcript usually takes a day. Arabic documents the next day. Contracts and technical documentation go by volume, and we tell you the deadline right away.

How do I pay?

Cash or card at the office, or by QR code from two banks. Companies get an invoice. Complex documents are done on prepayment.
