Prices for translation and notarisation
A passport, a driving licence, a certificate: fixed price per document. Contracts, diplomas with transcripts and technical documentation go per standard page, that is 1800 characters including spaces. We will name the exact sum once we have seen the document. Usually within 15 minutes.

The notary works from office 33, on our floor, and spends 15 minutes on the certification. We show the notary's fee separately and in advance, so there is no surprise at the end.

This is where diplomas with transcripts, school certificates, powers of attorney, travel consents, contracts, invoices, articles of association and technical documentation belong. Send us the file, we will count the standard pages and name the total.
Interpreting
English, German, French, Chinese. Paid by the hour, minimum 2 hours, best booked 1-2 days ahead. Commissioning work and long projects we price by the day.
Turnaround
- Passport, certificate, driving licence, reference: 15 minutes after payment.
- Arabic documents: the next day.
- Diploma with transcript: 1-2 days.
- Contracts and technical documentation: by volume, we name the deadline straight away.
- No rush surcharge.
Payment
Cash or card at the office, or by QR code of two banks. Legal entities get an invoice. Complex and large documents are done on prepayment, regular clients get post-payment terms. Prices on this site are not a public offer, we confirm the final sum when we quote.
