Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

This policy sets out the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to keep it secure at Sole Proprietor Galina Viktorovna Potapova, Tax ID (INN) 526003085867 (hereinafter the Operator), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

The policy applies to all personal data that the Operator receives from visitors to the website and clients of the Stylus translation agency.

2. What data we process

name, phone number, email address and messenger accounts that you provided in the form or when contacting us;
the contents of documents submitted for translation, including passport and other personal data contained in the documents;
technical data about your visit to the website: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you opened (collected by Yandex Metrica).

3. Why we process it

to quote for and carry out translation, notarisation and related services;
to contact you about your request: clarifying details, letting you know the order is ready;
to comply with accounting and notarial legislation;
to improve the website based on anonymised visit statistics.

4. Legal grounds

The consent of the personal data subject, which you give by ticking the relevant box in the form or by sending documents for translation; the service agreement; the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. How we store and protect it

The data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. Only the staff handling your order have access to it. Document files submitted through the website form are deleted automatically 30 days after receipt. The Operator applies organisational and technical measures to protect the data from unauthorised access, alteration and destruction.

6. Sharing with third parties

The data is passed to the notary to the extent needed to notarise the translation, and to the courier service for delivery if you have ordered it. Otherwise the data is not shared with third parties, except in cases provided for by law.

7. Your rights

You can request information about how your data is processed, demand that it be corrected, blocked or destroyed, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to galastt@mail.ru or come to the office: Nizhny Novgorod, 27/8 Varvarskaya St., office 34. We will reply within 10 working days.

8. Cookies and analytics

The website uses Yandex Metrica to collect anonymised statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and the website will keep working.

9. Changes to the policy

The Operator may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page. Version dated 5 September 2026.
