Vietnamese citizens can enter Russia visa-free for up to 30 days
Presidential Decree No. 730 of 12.10.2026: from 15 October 2026 to 15 October 2027, citizens of Vietnam may enter Russia without a visa for up to 30 days. The rule does not apply to work, study or residence.
