Vietnamese citizens can enter Russia visa-free for up to 30 days
The President of Russia has signed Decree No. 730 of 12.10.2026 on a temporary procedure for entry into and exit from Russia for citizens of Vietnam. The decree came into force on 15 October 2026 and is valid until 15 October 2027. ConsultantPlus reported the document.

- If you plan to work, study or move to Russia, apply for a visa under the usual rules.
- Remember that the temporary procedure is valid until 15 October 2027.
Which translations you will need
