Do you translate Russian diplomas into English?

How fast before the admissions deadline?
A school certificate the same day, a diploma with transcript usually in a day. In July and August come in the morning, in the afternoon there is a queue.
Which language do I need for China, India, Egypt?
China: Chinese. India: English. Egypt and Arab countries: Arabic, sometimes English is accepted. We will clarify when we quote.
