Translation of a school leaving certificate in Nizhny Novgorod
A school certificate is needed for college, for university and often for a job. The admissions board looks at the subjects and the grades, so both sheets have to be translated: the certificate itself and the transcript. In summer we do dozens of them and know what the Nizhny Novgorod universities ask for.
What to send
- A scan of the certificate and the transcript with grades
- Your name spelt as in your passport
- The name of the institution you are applying to

When you need a notary
Universities and colleges require a notarised translation. For an employer the agency stamp is enough.
Certification with the agency stamp is free, notarisation is 1200 ₽ per document.
Why documents get returned
We double-check these spots. If the inspector's remark concerns our work, we fix it free of charge the same day.

Questions
Will we make it before the admissions deadline?
A standard certificate is translated the same day, and the notary certifies it straight away. In August come in the morning: there is a queue.
Do I need nostrification?
For CIS countries usually not, there are mutual recognition agreements. We will clarify for your country when we quote.
