Notarised translation of documents in Nizhny Novgorod
Translation and notary in one visit, about half an hour. Notary I. S. Zelenova sits one door away from us, and our translators have been registered with her since 2003. No driving across town with a folder. You come in, we translate, the notary certifies, you leave. This kind of translation is accepted by the MVD, universities, the civil registry office, banks, courts and consulates.
What to send
- The original or a clear scan of the document
- Your first name and surname in Latin letters, as in your international passport or visa
- Where you are submitting the document: this decides whether you need a notary or the agency stamp is enough
A scan or a phone photo will do: on WhatsApp, Max, by email to galastt@mail.ru, or bring it to the office.
When you need a notary
Notarisation is mandatory for the MVD (work patent, temporary residence permit, residence permit, citizenship), the civil registry office, courts, banks and most universities. For an employer, an insurer or internal use the agency stamp is usually enough, and we put it on for free.
Certification with the agency stamp is free, notarisation is 1200 ₽ per document.

The translator's signature. The notary confirms that the translation was done by a qualified translator and binds the translation to a copy or the original.
Can you notarise a translation done somewhere else?
No, the notary only certifies the signature of a translator registered with her. We will check the other translation, fix anything that is wrong and certify it as our own.
