Translation of birth, marriage and divorce certificates in Nizhny Novgorod
A package for the whole family in one visit. Temporary residence permit, residence permit, citizenship, marriage, benefits. Every person needs their own certificate with a notarised translation. We do them all at once so the surname reads the same for father, mother and children. That is the first thing the inspector checks.
What to send
- A scan of both sides of the certificate, including stamps
- The names of all family members spelt as in their passports

When you need a notary
The MVD, the civil registry office and the Social Fund accept only notarised translations.
Certification with the agency stamp is free, notarisation is 1200 ₽ per document.
Why documents get returned
We double-check these spots. If the inspector's remark concerns our work, we fix it free of charge the same day.
- The child's and parents' surname are translated differently
- The citizenship stamp on the back is not translated
- An old Soviet certificate is translated only partly

Questions
The certificate is in Russian, but the seal is in the national language. Do I need a translation?
Yes, the seal is translated separately. That is a minimum order, 500 ₽.
