Translation of contracts, invoices and certificates for foreign trade in Nizhny Novgorod
Goods and equipment come in from China, India and Turkey, products go out. And at every step customs, the bank or a partner asks for a translation: contract, invoice, certificate, specification. We have been translating such packages since 2003. We hold to customs tariff (HS) terminology and one spelling of the product name across every document.

When you need a notary
For customs and the bank the agency stamp is usually enough. For court and registration of a representative office you need a notarised translation.
Certification with the agency stamp is free, notarisation is 1200 ₽ per document.

Do you work under a contract and with VAT?
Contract, invoice, acceptance certificate. The first order is prepaid, after that we give post-payment terms.
Do you translate from Chinese?
Yes, and into Chinese. We translate technical specifications and certificates regularly.
